Start with the Foundation workshop to build the core knowledge and client-handling skills, then progress to Probate & Practical Administration for the practical issues that arise after death. After enrolling, you’ll get access to the online course area where you can select your preferred live workshop date and access the supporting resources.

Foundation Online Workshop - 3.5 CPD Hrs
Best for will-writers and estate planners who want a practical grounding in cryptocurrency and digital assets.
Covers client conversations, fact-finding, wallets and exchanges, access vs authority, safe recording and the key risks to spot during estate planning. No previous crypto knowledge required.
Probate & Practical Administration Online Workshop - 3.5 CPD Hrs
Best for will-writers, probate practitioners and estate professionals who want to understand what happens when crypto has to be dealt with after death.
Covers locating assets, exchange and wallet processes, executor authority, valuation, access issues, practical administration and probate case studies.
Foundation Workshop or equivalent knowledge recommended.
The Foundation Workshop requires no previous cryptocurrency knowledge. The Probate & Practical Administration Workshop is designed as the next step and is best taken after Foundation, or where equivalent knowledge already exists.
